At Grace Glow, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with UK consumer law.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and unopened.
In the same condition you received them.
In the original packaging.
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products, soaps, or cosmetics.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us before returning it.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos of the damaged product and packaging for investigation.
You will be offered a replacement or a full refund.
5. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please email us at info@graceglow.uk.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
We will provide instructions for returning the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
